Maple Commons (43-45 Maple Street)

After updating the zoning for the Municipal Place Gateway, the Village Board began the process of selling the Village-owned parcel on Maple Street (formerly known as the Katz Property and 41-51 Maple Street).

The Village Board of Trustees and Village Manager have developed a list of frequently asked questions regarding the development at 43-45 Maple Street, as well as an extended narrative that explains the history of the property prior to this development.

The application period for Maple Commons (43-45 Maple Street) is now open. Applications can be completed online by clicking here. The deadline to file your application for the housing lottery is April 18, 2024. The housing lottery will take place on May 3, 2024, at 2 p.m.
