Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM to consider applications regarding the interpretation of the Zoning Code, for special permits, and for variances from the Zoning Code. The meetings are open to the public.
The Zoning Board of Appeals is a five-member board charged with hearing appeals to the Village Zoning Ordinances. Members must be village residents and have experience or expertise in community planning, architecture, engineering, or law.
