To the Croton Community,

The Croton-Harmon Board of Education recognizes the importance of community participation in promoting a safe, secure and healthy school environment. We are seeking three parent representatives (one from each school building: CET, PVC, and CHHS) and one community member who is a district resident without a student currently enrolled in our schools to serve on the 2026-2027 Health and Safety Committee. The Committee will participate in monitoring the condition of occupied school buildings and grounds to assure that they are safe and maintained in a state of good repair. The Committee typically meets on weekday afternoons 3-4 times a year, including once in August before school resumes. Meetings are open to the public.

If you are interested in participating, please submit your name, email address, phone number, the school your student attends (if applicable), and a statement indicating your qualifications for the role to the District Clerk via email at [email protected] or by mail to:

Denise Bisaccia, District Clerk
Croton-Harmon UFSD
10 Gerstein Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520

Please submit this information no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026. You may direct any questions to [email protected]

Sincerely,
The Croton-Harmon Board of Education
