North Riverside Avenue/Municipal Place Gateway Zoning Study

The Village updated the zoning for the Municipal Place Gateway (the three retail areas near Maple Street and Municipal Place) and the North Riverside Avenue Corridor with a view to enhancing the vitality of the area. On March 2, 2020, Local Laws 9 and 10 of 2019 were adopted. They can be viewed below.

As part of this process, the Village's planning consultant created a survey to gather resident input. Results of the survey are posted below.
