Narrative: Party in HQ stated the plastic tie that holds his gas cap to the car was broken off his vehicle. He believed it was cut off by his neighbors’ boyfriend because he called the cops on them last week. He thinks someone opened the driver side car door, pulled the gas door release lever, opened the gas door and cut the plastic holder for the gas cap and then closed the door when they finished. Party wanted this incident documented.

Narrative: Caller from Half Moon Bay reported that she saw a sailboat off the coast of Croton Point Park that appears to be close to the shore in a possibly precarious rocky area. Caller said she has seen the boat there since the boating season ended and she was now concerned that the boat has not moved. Patrol responded to Croton Point Park. WCPD contacted and advised that they will also send a car. WCPD reported that their Marine unit is familiar with the boat. Patrol reported that boat does not appear to be damaged and that it still appears to be anchored in the bay area. WCPD advised. WCPD checked the boat and stated it is allowed to be anchored there.
