PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution has been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on September 12, 2023, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Public Hearing to consider a special permit application from Ameriland Brook LLC, to add a three-story mixed-use building next to the existing one-story commercial building located at 352 South Riverside Avenue.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2023 AT 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
