352 South Riverside Avenue

On July 6, 2023, a special permit application was submitted to the Village for the construction of a three-story mixed-use building next to the existing one-story commercial building located at 352 South Riverside Avenue. The Village Board has declared its intent to serve as lead agency for SEQRA and has referred the application to the appropriate agencies as required by law.
