Housing Applications Open for Maple Commons (43-45 Maple Street)

The application period for Maple Commons (43-45 Maple Street) is now open. Applications can be completed online by clicking here.

Maple Commons is an all-affordable, 33-unit housing complex being constructed on Maple Street. There will be 11 one-bedroom, 11 two-bedroom, and 11 three-bedroom units. A full brochure on the property, including the income limits, can be found by clicking here.

Application deadline for the housing lottery is April 18, 2024. The housing lottery will take place on May 3, 2024 at 2 p.m.

Regan Development Corp. will be hosting informational sessions to answer questions about the application process and assist with the filing of applications in the coming weeks. Further information on these sessions will be shared once details are confirmed.
