The Croton 125th Anniversary Committee hosted a FREE history walk with Village Historian Marc Cheshire on November 5th, 2023. Attendees enjoyed hot cocoa while Brigid Faranda shared a display and answered questions about the Hudson Valley Indigenous peoples. Village Historian Marc Cheshire shared stories of Teller's Point, the old vineyard and wine cellar, brick making, and what Croton Point might have looked like while Indigenous people lived there.
