Chair Yoga – 8 Mondays, Apr 17 - Jun 12 (no class May 29), 11:00AM-12:00PM - No Fee
Learn how to incorporate yoga, meditation, breathing, and relaxation into your daily life.
 
Fitness for Balance– 8 Thursdays, April 20 - June 8 - 1PM-2PM - Fee: $70 ($80)
Build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of falls with this gentle exercise class for all taught by Caryl DePalma.
 
Low Impact Exercise – 6 Wednesdays, April 26 – May 31, 1:30PM-2:30PM Fee: $45 ($55)
Senior fitness instructor Lori Barr will guide you through a routine that includes low-impact cardio, strength training with weights and resistance bands, and balance work.

Demystifying Medicare is perfect for anyone trying to navigate our complicated healthcare system for older adults. It’s for people who already have Medicare, as well as those soon to be 65, planning their retirement, or assisting relatives and friends with paperwork and medical decisions. In this engaging interactive session, you will learn about the various parts of Medicare and the costs associated with medical and drug insurance provided by the government and private companies.
 
Famous Women Photographers - Thursdays, June 6 - June 27, 1PM - 3PM - No Fee
Presented in Partnership with Westchester Community College
Participants will view the artwork of selected famous women photographers including Dorothea Lange, Diane Arbus, Annie Leibovitz, Vivian Maier, Sally Mann, Cindy Sherman, and others. We will discuss the time period in which they lived, influences on their content and style, impact on the art world, & personal life.
