Chair Yoga                   
 
Join instructor Karen Lett for this weekly class that incorporates all aspects of yoga including meditation, breathing, asana, and relaxation without having to get down onto the floor. Yoga leaves you feeling relaxed, renewed, and with a more joyful outlook. 
Dates: 9 Mondays, April 18- June 27 (No Class May 30 or June 20)
Time: 11:00AM – 12:00PM

Fitness For Balance                                               
Improve balance and fitness with senior exercise specialist Caryl DePalma. Balance is the key to all daily functions and activities. Build strength, improve flexibility and reduce the risk of falls. This is a gentle exercise class suitable for those with mobility limitations and will be adapted to the level of each participant.
Dates: 8 Thursdays, April 21 – June 16
Time:  2:15-3:15PM
Location: Municipal Building Community Room
Fee: $70 Village Residents, $80 School District/Non-Residents
