Low Impact Exercise
Dates:         Wednesdays, January 3 – February 21, 2024
Time:          1:30PM – 2:30PM
Location:    Municipal Building, Recreation Conference Room
Fee:            $60 Village residents for 8 sessions
                   $70 School District/Non-Residents                                                      
Improve your strength, balance, and overall fitness in this fun exercise class. Experienced senior fitness instructor Lori Barr will guide you through a routine that includes low-impact cardio, strength training with weights and resistance bands, and balance work. 
 
Fitness For Balance                                               
Build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of falls in this class led by Certified Exercise Physiologist Cathy DiSomma.  This is a gentle exercise class suitable for those with mobility limitations and will be adapted to the level of each participant.
Dates: 8 Thursdays, January 25 – March 14, 2024 
Time:  2:15 - 3:15PM
           (NOTE: the  1-2PM section is FULL)
Location: Municipal Building Community Room
Fee:            $70 Village residents for 8 sessions
                   $80 School District/Non-Residents
