Apply Online for Senior Park Pass

Village Senior Residents can now apply online for their park pass ID card for the first time. Previously, seniors were only able to renew their ID cards online. There is no charge for Village senior residents (age 62 or older) to obtain a park pass ID card.
To apply for a park pass for the first time, please use this application form. You will be required to submit two proofs of residency (utility bill and vehicle registration) along with a passport-sized photo.
If you need to renew your park pass, please use this renewal form. You will be required to submit two proofs of residency (utility bill and vehicle registration).
