Join nutritionist Alyssa for a FREE cooking demonstration and nutrition tips. Sample delicious recipes and enjoy fun giveaways such as measuring cups and shopping bags.
 
Participants are also welcome to attend the Senior Club meeting from 11 am-12:30 pm in the same space. Come see what the Senior Club has to offer!
