Narrative: Caller reported an object in the roadway. Patrol was dispatched and removed a large rock in the road.

Narrative: Patrol reported a civil dispute between a business owner and a truck driver. Patrol reported the truck driver parked in front of a business to drop off supplies next door. Patrol advised him to move the truck to settle the verbal dispute. Truck driver refused to give identifying information to Patrol.

Narrative: Caller stated that there was a black car weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed and almost caused an accident on Route 9.  Patrol dispatched to area and reported that vehicle was gone on arrival.

Narrative: Caller stated there was a male in a gray sweatshirt and gray sweatpants sleeping on the Warren Road overpass. Patrol dispatched. Patrol reported the individual was not sleeping and did not need assistance.

Narrative: Caller reported that a neighbor took a photo of her while she was walking her dog. The caller was advised that anyone can take a photo in public and that she should follow up with her HOA.

Narrative: Patrol reports stopping a vehicle for VTL violations at the above location. The operator of the vehicle had an active arrest warrant through Walkill PD. The operator was placed into custody until Walkill PD could respond.

Call Type: Larceny / Drug Arrest
Narrative: Shop Rite security called to report a male inside the store that was known to shoplift.  Patrols dispatched.  Patrols report that upon their arrival, Shop Rite security was in a foot pursuit with the male in the parking lot outside of the store.  Patrols were able to apprehend male before he could enter his vehicle.  Security reported to Patrols on scene that the male stole from the store and when they tried to stop him from leaving the store, the male ran from them. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male and female that was in the vehicle. Various drugs were obtained during the investigation. The female party was arrested, brought before a judge and released. The male was combative while in custody, brought before a judge, and remanded to Westchester County Jail.

Narrative: Caller reported activated residential fire alarm at location. Croton Fire Department dispatched.  Patrol dispatched.  Patrol reported CFD on scene and checking residence. The scene was turned over to the Fire Department.

Narrative: Caller reports his girlfriend is possibly having a seizure and is in and out of consciousness.  Patrols dispatched.  60 control notified and CEMS dispatched.  Patrol reports female transported Basic life support to Phelps hospital.

Narrative: Caller reported a vehicle at the Croton Harmon Train station parked near rising floodwaters. Patrol attempted to make contact with owner at residence with negative results.  Patrol reported upon checking the vehicle again, it appeared the water had subsided.

Narrative: Caller reported two car motor vehicle accident with no injuries.  Patrols dispatched to file a report.

Narrative: Caller reported hearing a loud party somewhere in the area of his residence.  Patrols dispatched and canvassed the area.  Patrols located a large group of youths at Silver Lake Park area.  Upon arrival, Patrols report the youths fled the area in the woods.  Patrols remained on scene and report all but one of the youths left the scene.  Patrol provided a courtesy transport home to the one youth located.  Patrol reports that no garbage was left at the scene.

Narrative: Caller reported his mother was on the floor and needed assistance getting her up. Patrol dispatched and were able to provide lift assist.

Narrative: Caller stated that her carbon monoxide alarm had been going off for a half hour.  Caller stated she believes the alarm was malfunctioning and she was not feeling ill from possible carbon monoxide exposure.  Caller transferred to 60 Control who dispatched an ambulance. The Fire Department determined that the alarm was malfunctioning.

Narrative: Caller stated that her father fell and was having chest pains. Caller transferred to 60 control. EMS dispatched. Patrol dispatched and report the aided was transported to Phelps Hospital.

Narrative: Caller stated that her wheelchair was stuck in the mud.  Patrols dispatched.  Patrols requested EMS, as the woman had lacerated her finger when her wheelchair became stuck.  60 Control notified, who dispatched an ambulance.  Patrols report they were able to free the aided's wheelchair. The aided refused medical attention.

Narrative: Caller reported a red truck hit the side of his vehicle at the listed location and kept on driving. Caller stated he was following the vehicle and was advised to pull over. Caller stopped at the CVS parking lot. Patrol dispatched and report gathering information to complete report. Patrol was able to locate the vehicle at a later time, and both owners agreed to handle the matter civilly.

Narrative: Caller stated that he found multiple Amazon packages with different addresses in his garbage pail, and it appeared as though they had been rummaged through. Patrol dispatched and recovered the open boxes, which listed Cortlandt addresses. No contact information for the owners was listed on the empty packages. Case report to be filed.

Narrative: Caller stated that there was a man standing outside protesting peacefully and a group of 3-4 people were standing in the road yelling at him. Patrol dispatched and reported the individuals were protesting peacefully and all in order.
