Narrative:  Multiple 911 callers reported that a male was having a dispute with a female and was starting to get physical and threaten to physically attack others in the area. Patrols dispatched. Patrols located the male and female involved and interviewed both parties. Patrol placed the male under arrest. He was processed, arraigned, and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Caller reported a low hanging wire in the Asbury Church lot. Patrol dispatched, and reported that phone company knows about the wire already, and confirmed that the wire was not blocking traffic.

Narrative: Caller reported that an elderly woman was driving in circles in the CVS lot and looked confused. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

Narrative: Croton PD took part in the National DEA Drug Take Back Day. Detective Division recovered approximately 348 pounds of prescription medication; all property turned over to DEA to be destroyed.

Narrative: Caller reported two dogs locked in a vehicle in the parking lot with the windows up. Caller further stated that the dogs looked like they were in distress. Patrol dispatched and reported that dogs were not in distress and the windows were down.

Narrative: Patrol reports stopping a vehicle on North Riverside Avenue. Operator had a revoked non-driver ID only. Operator was processed roadside and was given a court appearance date.

Narrative: An individual came into headquarters to report that someone had accessed his Bank Account. He does not know how this person was able to access his account. Report to be filed.

Narrative: Caller on tip line reported that a women outside of CVS was asking for money and getting aggressive when people refused. Patrol dispatched and reported that women was waiting for a bus and will be on her way shortly.

Narrative: Shift supervisor from CVS reported that a female customer came into the store and was upset that she couldn't return something. Caller then stated that female broke a window. Patrol dispatched and report that the customer left scene. Patrol obtained video footage and depositions. Patrol later located the woman and placed her under arrest.

Narrative: Caller stated that a male wearing a black hoodie stole items from the store without paying.  Patrols dispatched.  Patrols report canvassing the area.  MTA Police reporting they were out with a male fitting the description of the suspect.  Patrol transported the suspect to the store, where the complainant made positive identification of the suspect. The male was charged with petit larceny, photographed, fingerprinted, issued an appearance and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Caller repored that her husband fell out of bed and needed assistance getting back into bed.  Patrols dispatched.  Patrols requested EMS for male with injuries from the fall. Patrol reports aided was checked by CEMS and refused medical attention on scene.

Narrative: Yotrktown PD reports they have a party with an active warrant from CPD. Patrol dispatched and arrested the subject. He was brought back to CPD Headquarters, processed, arraigned, and released.

Narrative: Caller reported a male and female at the above location lighting off fireworks.  Caller states he approached them and they told him to mind his business and left. Caller was advised to call the police immediately next time and not to approach them.

Narrative: Caller had a flat tire and believes it was intentionally done by her neighbor. Patrol dispatched, report tire was not flat, only deflated, and it did not look like it was done intentionally. Possibly due to cold weather. The caller wished to document the incident on the blotter.

Narrative: Caller reported that there was a house somewhere in the area of Mount Airy Road with a lot of cars parked in the driveway and it appeared that the homeowner had placed a cone on the street so that people don't strike any of the vehicles that may happen to be sticking out of the driveway. Caller said the cone is on the road and people are swerving into the other lane to avoid it. Patrols dispatched. Patrols observed the cone and had the vehicle owner, standing outside, remove cone from the roadway.

Narrative: Caller reported that a large dog was struck by a vehicle and was in the middle of the road on Maple Street in front of PVC school. Caller said the dog was still alive. Patrols dispatched. Patrols reported that animal was a deer and the deer was deceased. Patrols moved the deer to the side of the roadway. Contractor called to remove the deer.

Narrative: Caller stated that she believed a vehicle was following her. She was able to provide a license plate. Patrol dispatched to the area. Through further investigation, the operator was questioned and arrested for Stalking in the 4th degree. He was processed, arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Caller reported her husband was slurring his speech and did not appear to be acting normal.  Call transferred to 60 control and CEMS dispatched.  Patrols dispatched.  Patrols report aided transported advanced life support to Phelps hospital.

Caller was advised of the Village's Noise Code, which provides for certain exceptions for sounds connected with organized sporting events conducted on public school property.

Narrative: MTA police requested assistance with an emotionally disturbed person that was yelling at the ticket agent in the main terminal.  MTA police report they have officers en route from Cortlandt.  Patrols report MTA on scene and canvassing for said individual.  Patrols report the individual was gone on arrival.
