Narrative: Caller reported an individual in the parking lot harassing people for money and making people uncomfortable. Patrol dispatched. Mobile crisis team also contacted. Patrol reported that the individual was offered shelters and other places to go but refused. Patrol also bought a slice of pizza for the individual, who took one bite and tossed it into the trash. He was advised to stop asking people for money.

Narrative: Caller reported that someone had brought a lost dog into the animal hospital. The dog was transported to a local kennel. The owner called later and was provided with the kennel's information.

Narrative: State Police reported that they were engaged in a vehicle pursuit on Route 9 South. Croton Patrol reported that they had located the pursuit and were following the vehicle, a white pickup truck. State Police later reported they had terminated the pursuit, Croton units were advised to terminate the pursuit as well. Patrol reports that the vehicle fled east on Route 129.

Narrative: Caller reported hearing an audible fire alarm behind her residence. Patrol dispatched and located the source of the noise, which was old fire alarms left in the trash. CFD was advised not to respond.

Narrative: Caller reported that he heard a vehicle hit the dummy light. Caller did not see the vehicle, but stated that there was a loud bang. Patrol responded to the area and collected a piece of a vehicle that was left behind. Detectives checked video footage from nearby businesses and eventually were able to locate the suspect vehicle. Photos of the vehicle were taken and information was placed into the report for insurance purposes.

One party was arrested for Criminal Mischief, and the other for Menacing. Both parties were processed, brought in front of  a judge, and released.

Narrative: Security guard at Van Cortlandt Manor reports that the white picket fence gate on the southbound entrance lane is damaged. It appears a vehicle struck it. The guard reports that he canvassed the area and did not locate anyone or any vehicles. Patrol dispatched and will file a report.

Narrative: Caller reported an injured deer in the roadway on South Riverside Avenue near the Sunoco station. Caller stated that the deer's back legs appear to be broken and it was possibly hit by a vehicle. No vehicles were on scene. Patrols dispatched. Patrols canvassed the area with negative results. The deer was not located.

The male left the area and walked to the BP Station on Croton Point Avenue. Patrols asked the male if he wanted a ride to the shelter, a ride on the train, or if he needed to go to the hospital. The male refused assistance.
