Narrative:  Patrol was notified by a Croton resident on Penfield Ave who reported they received a credit card in the mail which was opened in their name that she did not request. The card was from Bank of America. Caller notified the bank of the incident and canceled the account. Caller is not missing any money at this point.  The resident indicated the address involved happened to be a prior address for them. They presently had no financial loss.  A report to be filed.

Narrative:  Patrol responded to an area on Sunset Trl after a resident called reporting someone had just attempted to enter their home.  The resident heard a noise in their garage and when they checked there was nothing out of the ordinary.  A short time later they heard an exterior door knob being turned.  Again they did not observe anybody.  Patrols checked the area as well as the house with the homeowner with negative results.  There did not appear to be any signs of attempted or forced entry.

Narrative:  Patrol was notified by a Croton resident on Wolf Rd who reported that their mail carrier questioned him about moving. When the resident asked the mail carrier to explain what they meant, it was discovered that on 11/10/2021 someone had put a mail forwarding request under their name and address to US postal service. A few days earlier the resident had received a text message from Bank of America stating their credit card was approved and his welcome package should arrive in fourteen days. After receiving a second text they called Bank of America and cancelled the card. They presently had no financial loss.
