Narrative: Patrol reported stopping a gray Ford Focus for speeding. Further investigation showed the vehicle registration was suspended for insurance not in effect. A 30-year-old Ossining resident was arrested, issued summonses, and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Caller reported her child is missing. Prior to patrol arrival, the caller called back stating her child was located. Patrol responded and confirmed that the child was located and is in good health.

Narrative: Patrols responded to a residence on Olcott Avenue to assist an elderly female resident out of the bathtub. Upon arrival, the resident reported experiencing head pain. Croton EMS responded and assisted the resident.

Narrative: Caller reported her daughter struck a fire hydrant on Arrowcrest Drive and damaged her vehicle. Caller stated her daughter is not hurt but is upset and needs an officer to respond. Patrols dispatched. Patrol requested tow for the vehicle. Report to be filed. Water Department advised of damaged hydrant.

Narrative: Neighbor requested patrols respond for a lift assist for neighbor on the floor. Patrols report condition corrected and resident declined any assistance.

Narrative: Caller reported a suspicious person looking into cars and potentially scanning them. The person was described as a white male wearing blue jeans, blue jacket and blue baseball hat. Patrol dispatched and reported the individual to be a Village parking enforcement officer.

Narrative: Caller stated she found several unopened cans of beer near her property on a trail. Patrol dispatched and retrieved the beer. Same was destroyed.

Narrative: Caller stated that when he arrived home he observed a dark color vehicle parked in a driveway he shares with his neighbor. Caller further stated that he called his neighbor to inquire about the vehicle and his neighbor stated it does not belong to them. Caller went out to walk the dog and shined a flashlight into the vehicle and saw someone in a hooded sweatshirt duck down. Patrol dispatched and report the party sitting in his vehicle was a guest at a house next door and was advised to move his vehicle to that location.

Narrative: Call received from Ossining PD to be on the lookout for a gray Audi that was traveling north on Route 9 possibly on fire. Patrols dispatched and report checking Route 9 with negative results.

Narrative: Caller, the attendant at the BP gas station, stated that two people came into the gas station and were making her uncomfortable and appeared to be intoxicated. Caller further stated that they are sitting in the parking lot near the dumpster and would like an officer to check them out. Patrol reports the individuals were gone on arrival.

Narrative: Lost prevention employee for ShopRite called to report a larceny in the past. Caller stated that at approximately 9:22 a.m., an unknown male stole a TV from the store. Video surveillance caught the incident. Patrols completed depositions on scene and will have lost prevention employee make a copy of video footage for PD. Patrol to file a case report.

Narrative: Park Ranger reported that a local resident stated there are animal bones to the back left side of Gouveia Park. Patrol verified the bones appear to be that of an animal (possibly a deer). Phone message left for DPW.

Narrative: 911 caller reported she accidentally gave her husband his nighttime medication earlier in the day and is concerned for him. Caller stated her husband is responsive. Patrols and EMS dispatched.  Aided refused medical attention.

Narrative: Caller reported that a vehicle parked in front of his home, youths exited and then jumped the fence into Van Cortlandt Manor. While on the phone with the caller, the youths came back to the vehicle, a Range Rover, and stated they were looking for their friend who was running around in the woods. Caller stated the youths were well dressed and told him they were at a party on Nordica Drive and did not appear intoxicated. The caller further stated the youths did not need any assistance finding their friend and left the area. Caller requested police check Nordica Drive to see if everything is ok. Patrols canvassed the area and were unable to locate any parties or the Range Rover.

Narrative: 60 Control dispatched Croton EMS to the Croton-Harmon Train station for a female wearing a hospital gown in mental distress on train 6312 on track one. Patrols, Croton EMS and M.T.A. Police responded to the location. Patrols report M.T.A. Police are handling.

Narrative: Caller reported a disabled vehicle is blocking traffic at Veterans Corner. Patrol dispatched and reported the vehicle was out of the roadway upon arrival. Patrol reported the owner parked the vehicle on Radnor Avenue and requested a tow truck through AAA. Patrol provided a courtesy transport for owner to her home.
