Narrative: The Detective Division arrested 32-year-old Town of Cortlandt resident Lauren Dehayes in relation to an active bench warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, issued by the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Justice Court. Ms. Dehayes was additionally charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd Degree and remanded to the Westchester County Jail.

Narrative: Patrols responded to the area of Hamilton Street and Van Wyck Street for a report of a male walking back and forth on his cell phone. Patrol Units located 39-year-old Ernest Shell of Corbin, Kentucky; after investigating, Mr. Shell was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Mr. Shell was released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Patrols responded to Route 9 South for report of an accident with injuries involving a motorcycle. The operator, a 27-year-old Bronx resident, was transported to the hospital by Croton EMS.

Narrative: Patrols responded to a residence on Thompson Ave. After investigating, Patrols arrested 38-year-old Croton-on-Hudson resident Andrew Sorenson, who was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree. Mr. Sorenson was arraigned the following morning in Village of Croton Court and released on bail. The victim was treated by Croton EMS and transported to the Hospital.

Narrative: Patrols responded to the Croton-Harmon Train Station for a report of a motor vehicle fire. The Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department was dispatched and extinguished the fire. The incident was deemed suspicious and the Detective Division is asking for anyone who witnessed the incident to please contact the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Police Department at 914-271-5177.
