Narrative: An alarm company reported a medical alarm activation at a residence on Mount Airy Road.  Patrols responded and spoke with the resident, who reported that the alarm was set off in error.

Narrative: A caller reported that smoke was coming from her boiler.  Patrols, Con Edison, and Croton Fire responded.  The scene was turned over to Croton Fire and Con Edison.

Call Type: Vehicle & Traffic Arrest
Narrative: Patrols conducted a traffic stop on Route 9 South.  Subsequent to the stop, the operator, a 44-year-old male from Peekskill, was arrested for driving with a suspended registration. The male was processed at the scene and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: The Westchester County Police requested assistance at Croton Point Park with a male exposing himself. Patrols responded and checked the area with negative results.

Narrative: A caller reported being involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 129.  Patrols responded and filed a report.

Narrative: Patrols and Croton EMS responded to the area of Route 129 for a two-car motor vehicle accident.  A report was filed.

Narrative: Patrols responded to the area of Cleveland Drive for a report of a vehicle parked on the curb close to a tree. Patrols located the operator who reported that she was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident. A report was filed.

Narrative: A caller requested assistance gaining entry into her locked vehicle. Patrols responded and gained entry into the vehicle.

Location: Route 9 South
Call Type: Stolen Vehicle Recovery
Narrative: The Westchester County Police reported a stolen vehicle being operated on Route 9 South approaching the Village of Croton.  Patrols responded and located the vehicle in the area of the Croton Point Avenue exit.  Patrols attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle failed to comply, and at one point traveled in reverse on the highway.  During the incident, the vehicle struck a Croton Police vehicle, causing minor injuries to an officer.  After the collision, the three occupants of the vehicle all fled on foot towards South Riverside Avenue. With the assistance of the Westchester County Police, Ossining Police, MTA Police, and New York State Police, all three suspects were taken into custody behind a business on South Riverside Avenue. Two adult males from Peekskill and one juvenile male from Peekskill were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the third degree.  They were all arraigned before the Village Justice and released on their own recognizance.
