Narrative: A caller reported that several youths were at the Half Moon Bay beach making a lot of noise. The youths fled the scene as patrols arrived.

Narrative: Patrols conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Route 9 South. Subsequent to the stop, the operator, a 42-year-old male from Ossining, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. He was processed at the scene and released on his own recognizance. The passenger in the vehicle, a 42-year-old female from Ossining, was wanted on an arrest warrant by the Westchester County Police. She was taken into custody and turned over to the WCPD without incident.

Narrative: A civilian responded to Croton Police Headquarters for a child safety seat installation. A Croton PD certified child seat technician completed the installation without incident.

Narrative: NYSP involved in a vehicle pursuit on Route 9 South. The pursuit continued onto Croton Point Avenue and eventually ended up in Ossining. Croton PD patrols did not engage in the pursuit.

Narrative: A caller reported that someone has been leaving trash in his mailbox and on top of his car. Patrols responded and subsequent to an investigation, issued an appearance ticket for littering to another resident of North Highland Place.

Narrative: Multiple callers reported two separate motor vehicle accidents on Route 9 North. Both vehicles were struck by a black SUV that left the scene. The black SUV was located on Route 9 North in Montrose and was engulfed in flames. The operator was pulled from the vehicle by bystanders at the scene. The operator of the vehicle will be charged with multiple traffic offenses when he is released from the hospital.

Subsequent to the stop, the operator, a 44-year-old male from Bohemia, NY, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was booked, processed, and released on his own recognizance.
