Narrative: Patrol Unit reports stopping a vehicle on Route 9 South for unsafe lane change and exceeding 55 MPH. The operator, a 27-year-old Bronx resident, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and for having a Blood Alcohol Content greater than .08%, and was released on his own recognizance.
