DPW notified. The gate on Lower North Highland was opened for through traffic. Barricades were placed on each side of tree.

Narrative: A tip line caller stated that there was a large amount of smoke coming from the side of a home and he was not sure if it was a grill or a fire. Patrol was dispatched. Patrol reported the Fire Department determined that the smoke was not coming from North Highland Place but from somewhere on Mt Airy. Patrols reported that the fire department was unable to locate the source of the smoke.
