Narrative: Alarm company reports an activated burglar alarm at the overhead door.  Croton patrols responded to business and report checking the exterior.  Patrols
report the building is secure with a low interior audible alarm.

Narrative: Caller requesting an ambulance for his elderly aunt who has low oxygen saturation levels and her personal physician requested the resident be transported to a hospital.  Ambulance and patrols responded to residence.  Aided taken to local hospital by Croton ambulance.

Narrative: Patrol utilizing a license plate reader, stopped vehicle for suspended registration.  Driver also the registered owner who was shown to have a suspended license. The license plates were confiscated and vehicle towed. The driver, 27 years of age of Yonkers, New York was issued two uniform traffic tickets for violating NYS Vehicle & Traffic Laws section 512 & 511-1a, Suspended Registration and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd .  The driver was released on scene with a return date of 02/26/2022.

Narrative: Patrol stopped a vehicle for having a tail light out.  e-Justice computer check revealed vehicle registration suspended. The driver, 61 years of age of Garrison New York also the registered owner who was shown to have a suspended license. The license plates were confiscated and vehicle towed. The defendant was issued four uniform traffic tickets for violating NYS Vehicle & Traffic Laws sections 512 / Suspended Registration, 319-1 Uninsured motor vehicle, 511-1a / Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and 375-40-b/ Brake light out.   The defendant was released on scene with a return date of 2/09/22.

Narrative: A resident reports her car door blew open with the wind and struck the side view mirror of the car parked next to her, yelling could be heard in the background.  Croton Patrols

Narrative: A mobile caller reports a small black dog running loose on the highway near the Montrose-Buchanan exit. Patrols responded and canvassed area with negative results.

Narrative: Resident in CPD HQ reporting they are locked out of their residence and need assistance. Patrol responded and reporting entry was gained.

Narrative: Resident states at about 2:45 pm, she was parked on Mountain Trail at the school bus stop.  She observed an 11 year old girl she knows that lives locally exit the school bus and walk down Park Trail.  She observed a silver sedan with it's hazards on with a male hispanic driver parked on the side of the road in the middle of the block on Park Trail facing out towards Mount Airy.  Resident indicates the vehicle followed the student for about twenty feet. The caller states she got concerned and started to follow the girl.  Caller states she passed the sedan, continued to follow the girl home and the sedan made another U turn.  Caller states she observed another silver sedan parked on Memory Lane with a female hispanic facing towards the dead end.  Caller states after she waited for the girl to go into her home she turned around and the vehicles were both gone.  No further descriptions provided of the vehicles involved.  Patrols responded to the area with the caller to attempt to find surveillance footage or other witnesses yielding negative results.  Notification made to the parent of the girl who is unaware of who might be following her daughter.

Narrative: Civilian in HQ turning in a pair of Apple Airpods and its white carrying case.  Anonymous civilian stated her daughter found them on the ground in the CVS parking lot.  Property placed into the lost and found.

Narrative: Resident reports a two car accident down the street from his home, both drivers are out of their vehicles talking. Croton patrols responded to location of incident. Resident reports  both vehicles left the area.  Patrol continued to respond, canvassed area with negative results.

Narrative: A 39 year old resident of Peekskill New York surrendered himself at police headquarters on an active arrest warrant.  The warrant was issued 1/12/2022 for Penal Law sections, 120.00 02 / Assault 3rd, 120.15 Menacing 3rd, and Vehicle & Traffic Law section, 600 sub 02a / Leave scene accident.  Defendant was booked and processed and arraigned on listed charges and released on his own recognizance with a return date of 01/26/2022 at 9am.

Narrative: Resident requests ambulance for herself, states she is having difficulty breathing.  60 Control dispatched Croton ambulance to residence. Patrol dispatched to location and report aided resident being transported to local hospital by Croton ambulance.

Narrative: A passerby informed patrols that a male operating a white pick-up truck and wearing a neon colored traffic vest was going door to door on Church Street asking people to let him come inside their homes and look around to see if work needed to be done. Incident reportedly took place five to ten minutes in the past.  Patrol dispatched and canvassed area with negative results. Patrols interview Church Street resident who states male was driving a white truck of a local business.  Resident was to speak with landlord who may have called business for contract work.

Narrative: Resident states he is on the corner of Olcott and Wells Ave and observes two dogs, one medium and one small wandering around the neighborhood with no leash or any apparent owner.  Patrol dispatched and report the dogs ran away from them when they approached.  Patrol state they found the owner at a Maple Street residence who was trying to find the loose dogs.  Patrols provided a courtesy transport to a female passerby that was helping to coral the dogs to the roundabout on Olcott and Wells where the dogs were last seen.  Dogs reunited with the owner.

Narrative: Caller reports a Fresh Direct truck has been out in front of her house idling for the past 30 minutes.  Patrols dispatched and spoke to the driver who moved the truck.

Narrative: Alarm Company reports burglar alarm set off in the Practical Arts side entrance.   Keyholder arrived on scene and checked the interior of alarm location with patrols.  Patrols report all appears secure.

Narrative: Ossining Police reporting calls of a white Jeep Liberty traveling north on Rt.9A into Croton in a reckless manner.  Croton patrols provided vehicle description and checked the highway for the vehicle.  Patrols report area clear no signs of the white Jeep.

Narrative: Resident requesting a welfare check on her employee who sent an alarming email to his ex-girlfriend earlier this morning.  Caller reports she has the email but is not able to forward it.  Croton patrols responded to the residence and interviewed the parents who are aware of the email and indicate they took their son to Westchester County Medical Center where he was seen then discharged.  Parents already handled the matter and are following up with medical professional.

Narrative: Caller requested assistance obtaining entry into her locked vehicle.  Caller locked her keys inside her Honda Fit.  Patrols responded and reports listed vehicle involved.  Registration all valid, patrols able to gain entry.

Narrative:  Resident in police headquarters reporting his landlord, has been harassing him due do an ongoing court case (landlord / tenant issue).  Tenant reports earlier this morning the landlord called his boss indicating the local police department was about to have his work truck towed from his parking space if he did not move it. The tenant was advised to make a report with the New York State Police being he resides in the town of Cortlandt.

Narrative: 60 Control dispatched Croton ambulance to a Sunset Drive residence for a medical alert, no contact established with subscriber.  Patrols responded to the residence.  Patrols report all ok, subscriber set off alarm in error.

Narrative: Resident reports his wife is the executor of her father's estate.  He states his wife found two packages outside her father’s home in Half Moon Bay complex that were delivered by the US Post Office.  He reports the packages contained valium inside that were not prescribed to her father.  Patrols responded and collected the two packages.   The return labels on the packages were from an address in the Netherlands.

Narrative: Caller reports five packages from Amazon were on the street and appeared to have fallen off of a delivery truck.  Caller states he stacked the packages on the curb.  Patrol dispatched and brought tow of the packages to the nearby addresses on the labels and later delivered the other three packages to the Croton addresses on the labels.

Narrative: Resident called 911 stating she can't feel her feet after running out into the snow and ice to stop her dogs from fighting.  Croton ambulance and patrols responded to residence.  Aided transported by ambulance to a local area hospital.

Narrative: Resident reports finding a black fanny pack containing a green wallet with a NYS driver license, medical health documents, two credit cards and $656.00 in U.S. currency.  Owner notified and responded to police headquarters and took possession of her property.

Narrative: Resident reporting he is hiding in his car from a neighbor’s dog. Patrol on scene report there is no dog in the area.  Patrol walked the caller back to his apartment upon his request.
