The patient was transported to Phelps Hospital by Croton EMS.

Narrative: A caller from a business on South Riverside Avenue reported that a larceny just occurred. The suspect was described as a black male, wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt and a black jacket. Patrols responded and took the suspect, a 40-year-old homeless male, into custody without incident. The defendant was released on his own recognizance and was given a ride to the Croton Harmon Train Station.
