Narrative: Patrol responded to a residence on Bungalow Road for a complaint of a dog barking continuously for 10 minutes. Patrol canvassed the area with no findings of dogs barking.

Narrative: Caller reporting a vehicle for the past several weeks has parked on his street and the occupant walks to the train station.  Unit responded and confirmed the vehicle; no summons were issued.

Narrative: Caller reported finding open packages and mail from Croton/Cortlandt residents. USPS was notified and responded to retrieve the items. Presently the larceny investigation is in the Town of Cortlandt.

Narrative: Patrol assisted a party on Young Avenue with a child exchange that was supposed to happen a day earlier. The party could not get in contact with the other parent. Contact was made and the child exchange was successful.

Narrative: Patrols responded to a location on Van Wyck Street to assist a Croton resident with getting into his vehicle after locking the keys inside. Entry was gained without incident.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Croton Point Avenue for a report of a male who was disoriented and panhandling for money. Patrol responded and located the individual and provided a courtesy ride to the train station.

Narrative: Patrol received a 911 hang-up call from a commercial establishment on Albany Post Road. Contact was made with personnel at the location who advised they had no issues for needing the police.

Narrative: Patrol and Croton FD responded to the area of Devon Avenue for a residential fire alarm. After investigation, it was determined to be a false alarm.

Narrative: Patrol assisted a commercial establishment on S. Riverside Avenue for a vehicle that was parking in their lot for unknown reason. Patrol spoke with the owner who had dropped the vehicle there overnight for service which was not scheduled.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Route 9 North for a disabled vehicle. The operator, a Croton resident, had already contacted a tow company who arrived on scene to remove the vehicle.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Thompson Avenue for a sick/injured raccoon. Patrol located the animal and, due to its condition, put the animal down.

Narrative: Parking Enforcement responded to a location on Maple Street for a report of a vehicle being parked for several days without moving. Vehicle was marked and will be monitored.

Narrative: Patrols responded to the area of S. Riverside Avenue for a two-car motor vehicle accident.

Narrative: Croton EMS was dispatched to a commercial establishment on Veterans Plaza for a 40-year-old individual needing medical assistance. The individual was transported to the hospital.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Cleveland Drive for a Croton resident who dialed 911 and hung up. Patrol reported the person had accidentally dialed.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Route 9 North for a report of a person jumping in front of moving cars and jumping back off the roadway. The individual was located who was attempting to hitch a ride home. Patrol gave the Croton resident a courtesy ride to the train station.

Narrative: Patrol took a 20-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident into custody on an active Bench Warrant from the Village Court on VTL charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Maple Street for a person bitten by a dog more than one time. Patrol spoke with the dog owner who was issued a Village Ordinance summons for having an unlicensed dog. The aided refused medical attention. Report to be filed.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of N. Riverside Avenue for a dsiabled vehicle. The operator, a Croton resident, had already contacted a tow company who arrived on scene to remove the vehicle.  Patrol stood by for traffic control.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Ecklof Court for a male yelling for help. The individual, who has a medical condition, was located and brought to his Croton residence.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Emerson Avenue with Croton FD and Con Edison for a report of a transformer explosion. The possible source was located by FD and scene handled by Con Edison.

Narrative: Patrol unit stopped a vehicle on Route 9 North for a traffic violation. During the investigation marijuana was confiscated. The operator, an Ossining resident, was issued four summonses for Speeding, Open Container of Alcohol Inside Vehicle, Inadequate Exhaust, and Tinted Windows.   .

Narrative: Patrol units and Croton EMS responded to the area of Sunset Drive for a medical alert alarm. Contact was made to the resident who accidentally set off the alarm.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Veterans Plaza for a commercial burglar alarm. Location was checked and appeared secure from ground level.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Morningside Drive for a report of a male going door to door soliciting renovation work. Patrol canvassed the area and was unable to locate the individual.

Narrative: Patrol responded to a location on Elliott Way for a male who approached a female while she was with her two young children and started yelling at them for wearing masks. Caller described male as white, wearing a Trump hat, gray hair, possibly in his 50's. He got into a vehicle that was a small blue sedan with a Trump sticker on the back and left the area. Patrol located the male, a Croton resident, who was warned and admonished.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Elliott Way after someone reported finding a large pile of jewelry dumped in the grass near the parking lot. Patrol recovered numerous female watches. Property was vouchered.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Finney Farm Road for a report of an intoxicated male. A 35-year-old Phoenix, Arizona resident was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 3rd degree. He was released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Patrol unit stopped a vehicle on Route 9 South for a traffic violation. The operator, a 23-year-old Peekskill resident, was placed under arrest for having a Suspended Registration. The vehicle was towed and the operator was released on his own recognizance at the scene.

Narrative: Croton PD was notified by a resident on Lexington Drive that his credit card had allegedly been used, for an undisclosed amount of money, by people he knows without his authorization and they are no longer in the state. The caller was advised he needs to complete paperwork for an investigation to commence. The caller was uncooperative and hung up the phone.

Narrative: Patrols responded to the area of Truesdale Drive for a report of water leaking from the ground. Patrol confirmed the condition and the water dept. was notified and handled.

Narrative: Patrol responded to a location on Croton Point Avenue to assist a Wappingers Falls, New York resident with getting into her vehicle after locking the keys inside. Entry was gained without incident.

Narrative: Patrols responded to a residence on Lexington Drive for a report that the resident's credit card had allegedly been used, for an undisclosed amount of money, by people he knows without his authorization and they are no longer in the state. The caller further reported that he had accidentally overpaid for an item in cash and has not been refunded the funds by the same people. The caller did not complete paperwork as it possibly is a civil matter. Caller was advised to cancel the credit card and to follow up with PD.

Narrative: Patrol responded to a residence on Sunset Drive for a report by the resident of kids throwing sticks/rocks at his dog which is in the fenced area of his property. Patrol located the young child who was throwing the stick for the dog to fetch it.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of S. Riverside Avenue for a commercial establishment requesting a Croton resident customer to leave the location.  Party was escorted out of the location without incident and indicated the argument ensued because the employee was not wearing a face mask.
