Narrative: Caller reported a loose dog at the above location. The dog was returned to the owner, who was issued two summons for Dog at Large and Unlicensed Dog.

Narrative: Caller reported a roll of insulation in the middle of the roadway at the above location. Patrol dispatched and reported it was blown off the highway prior to arrival. DOT notified.

Narrative: Caller reported there were two dogs constantly barking at the above location. Patrol dispatched and reported there were no dogs barking on arrival. Patrol attempted to contact the owner but there was no answer at the door. Both dogs were licensed.

Narrative: Caller requested a welfare check on an elderly male walking with a cane at the above location. Patrol was dispatched and spoke with the male, who stated he was on his morning walk and not in need of any assistance.

Narrative: Caller requested EMS for her husband, who was in and out of consciousness. Patrol dispatched along with EMS and the aided was transported to Northern Westchester Hospital.

Narrative: Multiple callers reported hearing a possible dog attack and subsequent loud bang at the above location. Patrol was dispatched along with Detective. Patrol spoke with parties on scene, who reported that a loose pit bull attacked a pit bull that was at its residence. SPCA Law Enforcement was notified and statements were taken from the parties on scene. A statement was also taken from a previous incident that had occurred with this dog. The dog was submitted to the “Dangerous Dog Registry” in Westchester County. The dog owner was issued multiple summonses.

Narrative: Caller reported he noticed a male holding up a limp female and putting her into a vehicle. Patrol dispatched and located the vehicle on Maple Street. Patrol spoke with the owner of the vehicle and the female and report all was okay.

Narrative: Caller reported she was at the Black Rock Dog park with her small dog, when a larger Husky-type dog jumped the fence and attacked her dog, causing injuries to its legs. Caller said the dog's owner didn't help break up the attack and wants it on record. The caller was advised to come to HQ and fill out a written report.

Narrative: Caller stated that she was on Young Avenue and the road was freshly paved, and a truck was driving down it and causing damage to the new pavement. Patrol responded and reported that there was no damage to the roadway. No further action necessary.

Narrative: Caller reported he was with an elderly woman who had come out of Sav Mor pharmacy and had a ticket on her vehicle for parking without a permit in a handicapped space. The female reported having a handicapped parking tag. It was unclear if the tag was hanging from the rearview mirror at the time of the complaint. Patrols to follow up with Court and Parking Enforcement Officer.

Narrative: Caller stated a male wearing a blue shirt ran through her property. Patrol dispatched and conducted a thorough search of the property. Patrol checked nearby homes as well. All residences were secure with no suspicious activity.
