Narrative: A caller reported that her neighbor let his dog walk from his vehicle to his home without being leashed.

Narrative: A caller from Half Moon Bay reported that his neighbor had the TV volume too loud.  Patrols responded and advised the individual to close the doors and windows to alleviate the noise level.

Narrative: A caller reported that his sister was being held against her will.  Patrols responded and quietly assisted the caller's sister with removing herself from the residence.  After an investigation, a 20-year-old Croton male was arrested for unlawful imprisonment and criminal obstruction of breathing.  The defendant was arraigned before the Village Justice and released after posting $10,000 cash bail.
