Narrative: Caller from Eklof Court reported an inside order of gas. 60-Control dispatched the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. Patrols responded and reported CFD and Con Edison on scene; turned over to same.

Narrative: Patrol reported conducting a vehicle and traffic stop on Route 9 North for a vehicle with excessive tinted windows. Both occupants of the vehicle were found to be in possession of THC vape pens. Both parties were placed under arrest and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Both subjects were released on their own recognizance and due back in Village Justice Court on 08/28/19 at 9:00 AM.

Narrative: Caller reported his mother fell on the floor and sustained a facial injury. Patrols as well as Croton EMS dispatched. Injured party transported to Phelps Hospital.

Narrative: A 49-year-old Croton resident responded to Police Headquarters to turn himself in on pending charges from a prior incident. Subject was placed under arrest, booked, processed and arraigned in front of Judge Watkins. Arrested was charged with Reckless Endangerment and Menacing. He was released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: A parks worker at Senasqua Park reported there is a male party bothering other patrons and is refusing to leave. Patrol dispatched and report the male party is intoxicated and is not from the area. Patrol further reported he is staying with friends in the village who are coming to pick him up. Male party left without further incident.

Narrative: Caller reported there is a male party possibly sleeping in his vehicle. Caller further stated that when he knocked on the window, there was no response. Patrols dispatched and report male party is awake and waiting on a ride.

Narrative: Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for having an inadequate exhaust on Senasque Road. A 32-year-old Yonkers resident was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and released on $150.00 bail.

Narrative: Party responded to police headquarters and reported finding a white metal ring at Senasque Park near the playground. Property vouchered and held for safekeeping.

Narrative: An anonymous caller reported a dog inside of a parked vehicle which appeared to be in distress. Patrols responded and located the vehicle and dog. Patrol reported the dog is inside panting. Patrols quickly located the owner and released the dog. Owner of same was issued a summons for Confinement of Companion Animals in Vehicles with Extreme Temperature.
