SITE VISIT

The Hudson National Golf Club has applied to the Village Board for a Special Permit for a Maintenance Yard at the Hudson National Golf Club.

The property is located in a RA-60 Residential District and is designated on the Tax Maps of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson as Section 67.15 Block 1 Lot 4.

As part of the Planning Board’s review of this referral from the Village Board, a site visit will be conducted by the members of the Planning Board at this location on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. for the purposes of observation and acquiring information.  Any discussion or deliberations regarding such observations will occur at the May 25, 2021 Planning Board meeting.

The site visit is for board members only and is not open to the public.
