Public Notice - Public Hearing on Local Law Intro #5 of 2024 Rescheduled

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing on Local Law Introductory # 5 of 2024, a Local Law to update Chapter 206, Telecommunications Towers, of the Village Code to provide for the regulation of wireless facilities in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, which was scheduled for April 10, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building has been postponed.
A new date for the public hearing will be scheduled by the Village Board of Trustees in the near future.
