VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a regular meeting on December 19, 2022, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
- A special permit application to convert the existing mixed-use building at 193-195 Grand Street, a nonconforming use, to an all-residential building with five one-bedroom apartments, another nonconforming use.
- A special permit renewal application for the operation of a day care center at 10 Old Post Road South.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Monday, January 9, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
