NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a regular meeting on January 23, 2023, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Public Hearing to consider granting a telecommunications special permit to Dish Wireless LLC to collocate new transmission equipment on the existing wireless tower located at 26 Veterans Plaza.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Monday, February 13, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
