Public Hearings Notice - Local Laws Introductory 13 and 14 of 2022

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolutions were adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at regular meetings on September 19, 2022 and October 3, 2022, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:

 

Local Law Introductory No. 13 of 2022 to amend Chapter 215 of the code of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Vehicles and Traffic, to revise the residential parking permit system in certain areas of the village. 

 

Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2022 to amend Chapter 204, Article II of the code of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, to amend provisions for the senior citizens tax exemption. 

 

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.

The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
