Public Hearings to be held on Wednesday, January 24

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on December 20th, 2024 and January 10th, 2024 to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
Public Hearing to consider the adoption of the official map of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York.
Public Hearing to consider the application from ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc. to renew the special permit to operate a retail store at 460 South Riverside Avenue.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
