Public Hearing Notices - Local Laws Introductory No. 15 & 16

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on August 14, 2023 to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:

 

Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 15 of 2023 to amend Chapter 123, Firearms, of the Village Code to update the listed exemptions.

 

Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 16 of 2023 to add a new Chapter 185, Recycling, to the Village Code to codify the source separation and segregation of recyclable materials.

 

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Monday, August 28, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.

 

The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
