PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on June 12, 2023 to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 11 of 2023, revising Chapter 215-3, Vehicles & Traffic, of the Village Code to delegate certain powers to the Village Manager.
Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2023, amending Chapter 42, Police Department, of the Village Code to update the rules and regulations for the Police Department.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Monday, July 10, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
