PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on December 20th, 2023 to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 23 of 2023, to amend Chapter 179, Property Maintenance, of the Village Code to provide for the removal of weeds, brush, and rubbish, as well as the registration and maintenance of vacant commercial buildings.
Public Hearing to consider the adoption of the official map of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
