PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on May 8, 2023 to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
Public Hearing to consider the telecommunications special permit renewal request from M&B Towers, LLC, for the Personal Wireless Facilities and cell tower at 26 Veterans Plaza.
Public Hearing to consider a special permit renewal application from Amelia JT LLC, for a non-conforming use at 1 Niles Road.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on each of the above on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
