VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on October 30, 2023, to open PUBLIC HEARINGs on the following:
Public Hearing to consider the application from Marco Ordonez, of M & J Auto Repair Corp., to renew the special permit to operate a motor vehicle repair garage at 485 S. Riverside Avenue and modify the special permit to include an existing 6' x 12' shed to store various equipment and supplies.
Local Law Introductory No. 19 of 2023 to amend Section 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to update the definition of 'Family'.
Local Law Introductory No. 20 of 2023 to amend Chapter 204 of the Village Code, Taxation, to clarify which income tax year applies when determining income eligibility for the senior citizens tax exemption.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
