PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at meetings on March 20 and March 27, 2023, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
Public Hearing to consider Local Law Introductory No. 5 of 2023, adding a new Chapter to the Village Code to permit and set forth procedures for videoconferencing by a public body.
Public Hearing to consider Local Law Introductory No. 6 of 2023, amending Chapter 215 of the Village Code regarding towing for outstanding parking violations.
Public Hearing to consider Local Law Introductory No. 7 of 2023, amending Chapter 215 of the Village Code regarding speed limits.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on each of the above on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
