Public Hearing Notice - Local Law Introductory No. 15 of 2021, Local Law Introductory No. 16 of 2021, and Local Law Introductory No. 17 of 2021

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on December 6, 2021, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:

 

Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 15 of 2021 to amend Chapter 208 of the Village Code, Trees, to amend the approving authority for tree removal permits in relation to steep slope applications.

 

Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 16 of 2021 to amend Chapter 204 of the Village Code, Taxation, to amend the alternate and Cold War veteran exemptions.

 

Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 17 of 2021 to amend Chapter 215 of the Village Code, Vehicles and Traffic, to implement a residential parking permit system along certain areas of Hastings Avenue and Young Avenue in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.

 

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on each of the above on Monday, December 20, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.

 

The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
