PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on February 13, 2023, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Local Law Introductory No. 1 of 2023 to revise Chapter 113, Electrical Standards, to update the provisions regarding electrical inspectors.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
