VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a regular meeting on September 26, 2023, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Local Law Introductory No. 18 of 2023 to amend Chapter 223, Water, of the Code of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to clarify the responsible party for curb valves and curb valve boxes on private property.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Monday, October 16, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
