VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a regular meeting on Monday, October 17th to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Local Law Introductory No. 15 of 2022 to amend the Village Code to remove redundant and inconsistent language applicable to the care and maintenance of street trees.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Tuesday, November 1st, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
