VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on June 21, 2021, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
Issuance of an amended special permit for Hudson National Golf Club for modifications to their ancillary storage area.
Issuance of a special permit for 368 South Riverside Avenue to permit a first-floor residential dwelling.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
