VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution has been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on May 17, 2021, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
Application for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.
Local Law Introductory No. 4 of 2021 to Amend Chapter 197 of the Village Code, Streets and Sidewalks, to include an appeals process for the removal of snow and ice on sidewalks.
Local Law Introductory No. 5 of 2021 to amend Chapter 70 of the Village Code, Alarm Systems, to update the appeals process for contesting denial, suspension, revocation or charges.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Monday, June 7, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., by Zoom videoconference in accordance with the rules and regulations outlined in Executive Order 202.1 issued by Governor Andrew Cuomo in at which time all interested parties will be heard.
