The Village's Projects/Initiatives webpage contains easy-to-access information on major and current Village projects
Projects and Initiatives

The Village of Croton-on-Hudson invites residents and other interested individuals to visit the Projects/Initiatives page on the Village website for frequent updates. In recent days, updates have been posted about the 41-51 Maple Street housing development, 352 South Riverside Avenue proposed mixed-use building, and Con Edison utility work, among others. The page can be accessed here: https://www.crotononhudson-ny.gov/projects-initiatives.

Additionally, the Projects/Initiatives page contains information on grants and awards given to the Village, public/private partnerships ongoing in the Village, projects being undertaken by the Village directly, special permit applications which are before the Village Board of Trustees, and utility work in the Village. An archive exists on the page that serves as a repository of information on past projects.

The Projects/Initiatives page can be accessed at any time through the Citizen Action Center on the Village’s homepage (www.crotononhudson-ny.gov).

If you have any questions or comments regarding the information on the Projects/Initiatives page, please contact the Village Manager’s office at 914-271-4848 or managersoffice@crotononhudson-ny.gov.
