Happy Birthday, Croton-on-Hudson!

Happy Birthday, Croton-on-Hudson! It was on this day 125 years ago (February 12, 1898) that the incorporation vote was held and the Village of Croton-on-Hudson was born.

The Village's 125th Anniversary Committee has many events planned for this year to celebrate the quasquicentennial of Croton-on-Hudson. Please visit their webpage for more information over the coming weeks and months.

The inaugural anniversary event was held this past Friday at Croton-Harmon High School and included a reenactment of incorporation day. Members of the Board of Trustees and the Village Manager appeared in period dress (see photo below).
